Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

1. Services
The Company provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Scope of work is based on client selections and disclosed property conditions. Any additional services may result in added charges.

 

2. Booking & Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [insert payment methods]. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or refusal of future service.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: fee up to 50% of service cost

  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: up to 100% of service cost

 

4. Access to Property
Client must provide safe and timely access to the property. If entry is not possible at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

 

5. Condition of Premises
Client agrees to disclose any hazards, damage, pests, or unsafe conditions prior to service. The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Client must report any service concerns within twenty-four (24) hours. The Company will have the opportunity to correct issues through a re-clean. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.

 

7. Damage & Liability
While we take care in your home, the Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear

  • Improperly secured items

  • Damage caused by faulty fixtures or materials

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

8. Supplies & Equipment
The Company provides its own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If Client requests use of specific products, the Company is not liable for any resulting damage.

 

9. Pets & Safety
Client agrees to secure pets as needed for safety. The Company is not responsible for pets escaping or injuries caused by animals during service.

 

10. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

 

11. Independent Contractor Status
The Company operates as an independent business and is not an employee of the Client.

 

12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from unsafe conditions, undisclosed hazards, or misuse of services.

 

13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

 

14. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
